Phatcharaphong Mala joined To70 Thailand in 2013 as a junior aviation consultant. He has experience in various types of projects including the implementation of a state safety data collection and processing system (SDCPS), the development of regulations related to occurrence reporting and the protection of safety information for Thailand. He is also responsible for implementing the software safety oversight project for the aviation authorities. Moreover, he participated in aviation and environment-related projects e.g. the preparation of airport carbon footprint for main airports in Thailand to submit the Airport Carbon Accreditation (ACA). Finally, he is also one of the listed verifiers of the ACI ACA program.
