After more than a decade of managing air traffic and then airfield operations at Singapore Changi Airport, Laphang joined To70 Australia to provide bespoke practical operational solutions for our clients. With a Bachelor of Science from Imperial College and a Master of Business Administration in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University; he strives to apply his experience in end-to-end aviation operations with data-driven scientific analyses to each of the client’s request. He believes that a holistic approach to aviation operations, from air to ground, is imperative to achieving positive passenger experience – the ultimate goal of business and commercial aviation.
